The first harvest--the Alpha Batch. Olives green in color producing oil with a remarkably fresh and pungent taste with strong pepperiness and unripened fruit hints. Packaged in a 200ml stoneware bottle.
This oil is beautiful as an accompaniment to the simplest foods--raw salad greens and lightly steamed or grilled vegetables. Or, soaked into a warm slice of crusty bread.
Please note that we've bottled this oil very close to the original pressing date in October. As such, the amount of unfiltered natural sediment is more prevalent than in our other oils. Expect some amount of cloudiness.
